It's been a long time since I made homemade Gravy from Scratch! The results are NOT BAD!!!!

My Grand Mother use to make most things from scratch. Then it was normal, now a days not so much. I have become increasingly LAZY over a few years, oftentimes buying Williams brown Gravy or another pre-made brown gravy.

Well... I didn't have either! But what I did have was Flour, Cornstarch, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Salt, Pepper.

So I BROWNED the white flour (same as you would for a diaper rash... another natural remedy) with the ingredients mentioned.

I made Gravy because I was tired of regular hamburgers and wanted chopped beef, potatoes and gravy. So I fried the regular burgers and added the flour mixed to the burgers and grease after the burgers are done.

After you mix the flour mixture with the contents in the skillet you add water until you get a gravy texture.

This way the first time I used Cornstarch and I think I will add that from now on.

It came out really TASTY!!! 😋
