Red Raspberry Leaf Tea

Updated: May 22

So in my efforts to return back to great Health and Fitness, I am giving up Soda Pop. Now will I give up Soda Pop a full 100%... maybe. But I definitely want to decrease by 99%.

One of my replacements will be Red Raspberry (Loose Leaf) Tea.

One, because it taste good without sugar and with sugar. (That is another thing... SUGAR! But ONE PLEASURE AT A TIME DAMNIT!!! Lol!

Two, Red Raspberry Leaf Tea is an overall good Woman Tea. From girls, teens, women, pregnacy and menopause. I, of course is going for the Menopause relief. In the past I did noticed some relief from Hot Flashes and mood swings. I stopped drinking Red Raspberry Leaf Tea last year when I was experiencing Migraines... Red Raspberry Leaf Tea is a Migraine trigger.

This is on my Shopping List as a item that will be a regular on this journey BACK to Health and Fitness.

Now you all know that I LOVE loose leaf tea BUT I do realize everyone don't want to go through that process and may want something quicker. I GOT YOU!!!

Here is my recommendation for a neater Red Raspberry Tea Bags When I am forced to do tea bags this is my go to.

I will also add the supplements at some point... these are my favorite Red Raspberry Supplements.

Red raspberry leaf extract is commonly used for women's health due to its potential benefits. Some of its uses for women of all ages include:

  1. Menstrual Health: It is believed to help regulate menstrual cycles and reduce symptoms like cramping and heavy bleeding.

  2. Pregnancy: It is often used in the later stages of pregnancy to help prepare the uterus for labor and potentially shorten labor duration.

  3. Labor and Delivery: Some women use it during labor to help strengthen contractions and reduce the risk of complications.

  4. Postpartum Recovery: It may aid in postpartum recovery by toning the uterus and supporting healing.

  5. Menopause: It is sometimes used to alleviate symptoms of menopause, such as hot flashes and mood swings.
