Stretch 52 | 14 Minute Stretch Video

Usually I soak AFTER I work out. I am finding out a PRE-Hot Water Soak, softens the muscles and allows for a easier stretch. Remembering to BREATHE helps relax the body into DEEPER stretches. Holding the poses longer helps with muscle memory.
